  1. Drink 1 glass of water as soon as you wake up as it helps in the better working of your digestive system.
  2. Every before meal, take at least 1 glass of water so that you will feel fuller instantly. This will avoid the chance of you eating a lot during the meal.
  3. During your meal, take another full glass of water as this will still create the same feeling of fullness.

Water may seem less important for some but if you want to lose weight fast make water a big part of your daily routine and you are on your way to weight loss.
