Detoxification is the process of cleansing your body from pollutants and other harmful substances. However, did it occur to you that the detoxification process can also lead to weight loss. In fact, there are a lot of dieters who are trying this procedure as one of their weight management plan. This is extremely important to rid your body from the toxin that it gets from engaging in random eating patterns thus the dieter not only results to weight loss,  there is also an improved sense of well being that will be experienced by the dieter.

This particular rapid weight loss procedure targets important organs in the body like the stomach, liver, gall bladder and kidneys. The thing here is that the body can have an efficient weight management plan when the entire organs are working or functioning properly.

There are different foods that you can try for the detoxification process that will help you in rapid weight loss.

The detoxification process that can lead to weight loss usually includes eating raw fruits and vegetables. Examples of fruits that can aid you in the detoxification process and at the same time help you in rapid weight loss include apples, bananas, pineapples, cucumber, tomatoes and spinach to name a few.

Fruit juices too can also be included in your weight management plan. This gives your body the required liquids that your body needs. On the other hand, you can also include meat in your diet provided that you eat in moderation. You can eat fish rich in oil like cod, mackerel, tuna and swordfish. You can eat it together with you vegetable salads.

You can eat these foods everyday for the entire week or two, in order, to give your body enough time to really detoxify itself from the toxins that you get from eating without careful regards to your health.
