Attention to all busy people who are looking for an easy weight loss plan but you can’t get enough of those quick fix meals served in drive-through, fast foods and convenient stores, and then this article is for you. This may sound tricky but the truth is it is simply choosing the right items in the fast food menu coupling it with regular exercise to remove those body excess.

Many people even your doctor would tell to load your diet with fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meats and low-fat or non-fat dairies. This however, may be impossible for most people who don’t have time to prepare or look for this food and resort to eating fast food.   The solution would be to look for healthy food in your fast food chain. Is there such a thing? Yes, there is. It is a matter of looking closely of what is being served.

Now what can you eat? Do not eat fried foods such as everyone’s favorite french fries; this will break the rule in losing weight fast.  You may have your chicken sandwiches grilled top it with tomatoes and lettuce or your potatoes baked.

Another healthy substitute for fast-food favorites is choosing vinaigrette for salad dressings instead of ranch or mayonnaise. This saves you more than a hundred calories. Instead of drinking sodas, drink water, you save more than three hundred calories.

You may also try preparing 10-minute recipes which are not only easy to prepare but uses less ingredients that have less calories. If you prepare your own food, you know the ingredients and how much calories they have. You also have the option to substitute high-calorie foods with less ones.

Now you’ve done your part in eating, it is time to do something to lose those extra fats

Shave off excess calories by walking a mile a day. Walking is just a simple exercise to lose weight.

If you consistently follow his plan, you could drop around 50 pounds in a year.
